How To Show the ‘Folder Options’ In Tools Menu

 

 

 

Friends You must have been faced this problem , when your ‘Folder options ‘ are not showing. This basically happens due to attack of virus. That malfunctions your PC, and prevent some of its functions to work properly.But still no need to panic,because in this article I am going to tell you the method which will enable your ‘folder options’ . You just have to follow some easy steps given below:-

 

 

Steps To Be Followed:-

1. Open Run and then type "gpedit.msc".
2. Now goto User Configuration > Administrative templates > Windows Component > Windows Explorer.
3. Click on Windows Explorer you will find the 3rd option on the right side of screen "Removes the Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu"
4. Just check it, if it is not configured then change it to enable by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to not configured.

 

More Tips:-

• By reading this article you would be able to recover your ‘folder options’ . But some times the situation occurs when you are able to see the ‘folder options’ ,but when you check the ‘show hidden files and folders’  option,even then you are unable to see the hidden files or folders.
