How To Make An Invisible Folder

 

 

Friends,there are so many things that you always want to keep protected from others & you downloads so many locking softwares for that, or tries any other method.But you don’t need to do all that as you can do it without taking help of any software.
You can protect your data by storing it in an invisible folder.Lets see how one can make a folder invisible from others without the help of any software:-

 

Steps To Be Followed:-

   1. Right-click anywhere on your computer screen.
   2. Go to new-folder.
   3. To name your folder, hold alt and press 0160 on your numeric keypad (the one NOT on the top)and then release alt.
   4. Right-click on the new folder and go to ‘properties’.
   5.Then go to ‘Change icon’.
   6. Scroll the line until you find an empty space as shown in the figure.
   7. Click on the space and then click on the ‘ok’ button.
   8. If you did this correctly, your folder name and icon should be invisible, this way you can hide stuff in your folder.

 

 

More Tips:-

• DON'T let go of alt when typing in the numbers for the name.
• DON'T forget where your new folder is, try putting it in a corner so you won't lose it.
